Day one of reIMAGINE 2015 is behind us and we are looking forward to an exciting day two. So far we have seen a lot about the cloud… not a big surprise to hear conversations about the cloud at reIMAGINE as Microsoft unveils new details about the Dynamics GP 2016 release which will be sporting the HTML5 interface to improve cloud access via the Web Client.
As Microsoft continues to push the cloud-first, mobile-first movement, they said at reIMAGINE yesterday that Dynamics is still “core to where Microsoft is heading.” Check out Jason Gumpert’s article to see what partners are saying about day one of reIMAGINE 2015.
Linda Rose, our fearless leader at RoseASP, was one of the guest speakers yesterday afternoon discussing the best practices for Partners to nurture their cloud customers. She discussed how Partners can define their cloud offering, determine whether a trial or video is best to showcase their solution, and what content should be gated and what should be given with no ‘asks’ in return.
Of course these days it wouldn’t be a Microsoft convention without a lot of talk about Azure. Microsoft Azure is coming closer to being synonymous with Microsoft Applications with every new software release. You can learn more about Microsoft Dynamics on Azure here.
