Last summer my husband and I took on the task of putting a new roof on our garage. I gathered as much information as possible about
the supplies we would need, the quantity of those supplies and information on how much time should be allotted. I made the trip to the home improvement store, rented a trailer and enlisted friends to help. But that’s about where my involvement ended. I knew starting out that my strengths in the project would be organization, planning and recruiting the right team.
