One limitation of both Integration Manager and eConnect is that those import tools do not allow you to import an AP Payment Application into Dynamics GP. You can import an AP Manual Payment, but you cannot apply that AP payment to an open AP invoice. A few years ago a client needed to import a large batch of AP manual payments and apply them to open AP invoices, so I developed a custom import that would apply the AP payments.
