May SPA Partner Margin Discount Changes

May is a very IMPORTANT month for our SPA Partners.

SPA License and BREP Discounts are subject to decrease come the end of May beginning of June. Please make sure to read through the Discount schedules to know where you stand and if your Margins will be decreasing. Any questions please reach out to your Regional Operations Center.

BREP Discounts:

Renewal Discount Reductions –Renewal Discounts may be decreased in the following cases:

• at the beginning of June or December if the partner no longer qualifies for the higher Tier as of the last

• day of the prior month (May or November) according to the monthly operational schedule of the

• Regional Operations Centers, or

• at the beginning of Calendar 2013 and 2014 for all partners as shown in the Summary table according to

• the partner’s then current BRRR.

License Discounts.

Base Discount Reductions – Base Discounts are effective through the remainder of the Current Half Year in which they

are originally earned as well as through the entire Next Half Year. Base Discounts can decrease

• At the end of the Next Half Year, or

• At the beginning of June or December, if the partner no longer qualifies for the higher Tier as of the last day of

• the immediately preceding month (May or November), according to the monthly operational schedule of the

• Regional Operations Centers, or

• After 36 months for New Partner Discounts regardless of the Half Year timing.
