1. Using our new OCR feature on the mobile phone, employees can take a picture of a receipt and….. they are done!
2. Employees can also attach receipts to corporate card expenses pushed to our mobile app
3. If they have receipts in their inbox we have a cool way to bring them to our mobile app using our ‘FWD & Forget’ feature
4. Once the expenses are done, they drag and drop them into an expense report on the phone
5. Then click Submit!

From a manager’s standpoint, we make it even easier for them to approve expenses compared to the old process of sifting through mountains of paper and receipts barely held with scotch tape.

1. Once the expense report is submitted, the manager(s) receives an email with the details and a link to click and take action
2. The manager can approve or reject the report
3. The manager(s) can also edit reports or make changes if needed (for example an AP manager may want to correct a mis-coded expense)
4. The manager(s) can also redirect expense reports to other managers for review
5. Once all the managers have approved the expense report, with a click of a button, AP/Accounting can send all the expense data to Microsoft Dynamics

And that’s it! In a few clicks (100% digital) the expense report could be submitted by the employee from anywhere in the world and the manager(s) can approve reports from anywhere in the world. If you have a global and truly mobile workforce you are going to love this.
