Adam Rose says he loves living at the intersection of technology and business, especially when using CRM to automate, streamline and improve workplace processes. Rose is the Inside Sales Manager with ImageSoft, Inc., a Michigan-based provider of document and process management solutions that is also a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer.
Rose was instrumental in resurrecting the dormant CRMUG Detroit Chapter in 2013, which he now chairs. He will be at CRMUG Summit 2015 this October in Reno, Nevada, and he shared with MSDynamicsWorld.com some CRM topics that are top of mind for him and his colleagues.
