What is CSP Programme:
- The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program keeps partners at the centre of the customer relationship and provides opportunities to upsell, driving higher customer adoption, satisfaction and loyalty. We feel this program was tailor made for Dynamics because selling packaged business solutions is what Microsoft Dynamics is all about! It’s is a great fit and strategic long-term program for our partners because it provides access to new cloud services, more markets, and great platform capabilities. We are thrilled to offer this programme to our Dynamics Partners as this is a strategic long-term program for our partners that will help us accelerate our growth in FY16.

In the CSP program, partners can:
- Sell integrated offers and solutions across all our cloud services.
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle with direct provisioning, management, and support.
- Own and control the billing relationship – partners create an offer, set the price, and manage the billing terms, providing one convenient bill to our customers.
Partner Incentives
We are providing rich partner incentives due to the higher capability bar required to be a successful CSP partner. A few key points:
- There is no CSA claim fee process for the CSP program! This is a huge operational win for partners.
- The incentives structure is a simple: a 25% partner discount and 6% cash rebate for a total of 31%.
- These incentives are each and every year (as compared with the Web Direct program which is 12%+3% in year 1 but only 3% year 2+).
