Join the US Partner Team at Epcot® at the Walt Disney World Resort for a magical experience that includes food, fun, and a few surprises!

US Celebration at WPC 2015Tuesday, July 14
8:00PM – Midnight
Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort
We are so excited to welcome you to our US Celebration! Here is a look at what you can expect throughout the evening.
| 7:30PM–Midnight | Buses begin loading at four locations to take you to Epcot, and will run continuously throughout the evening |
| 8:00PM–10:00PM | Relax, unwind, and network at our World Showplace party. We’ll have plenty of food and beverages, and you can also explore Epcot during this time with the rest of the public |
| 9:00PM – 9:15PM | Fireworks |
| 10:00PM–Midnight | The park will be exclusively ours, and all Future World attractions will be open for you to experience. Enjoy refreshments, exhibits, and rides, including Test Track, Soarin’, Mission:Space, and Innoventions |
Entry details – pick up your wristband in the US Lounge
The US Celebration is open to US-based partner individuals who have a WPC 2015 all-access pass or a WPC 2015 day pass for Tuesday, July 14. You will need a wristband to board the bus to Epcot and enter the park. You can pick yours up in the US Regional Lounge in The Commons on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. The US Lounge is open during The Commons hours.
We are unable to accommodate guests at this event. However, you may purchase guest passes to the WPC Celebration on Wednesday night at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Sign in to your WPC registration and navigate to the Guest Passes page.
Transportation details – we’ll provide your ride
Bus transportation to Epcot begins at 7:30PM, and will be provided continuously throughout the evening to and from these locations:
- Orange County Convention Center, 9400 Universal Blvd
- Hilton Orlando, 6001 Destination Parkway
- Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal, 7800 Universal Blvd
- Rosen Centre Hotel,9840 International Drive
Look for our transportation coordinators, who will be wearing stylish t-shirts that identify them, outside of the front lobby of each hotel.
What to wear – dress comfortably and ready for fun
We encourage you to dress comfortably so that you can walk around the park and enjoy the attractions and rides. Please bring only what you wish to carry with you during the evening, and leave computer bags at your hotel. There will not be a bag/coat check available.
